8. Employment

Any individual who wants a job can start by talking with their support coordinator.  Home Is Where the Heart Is staff, along with the support coordinator and other members of their team, will help individuals look for available jobs that interest them.  Home Is Where the Heart Is will help coordinate transportation to a local for employment center for assistance. Individuals who have secured employment will be offered either a job coach, supported employment, or other appropriate support services to assist in maintaining their job.
